Custom Stories: Lucia's Morse Code Necklace

custom morse code
Grab a tissue. Recently, one of my best friends, Anna Frances, and her mom, Lucia, contacted me about repurposing her late daughter's, Caroline, diamond earrings. Caroline had lost the matching stud years ago, and Lucia wanted something to commemorate her daughter with the remaining diamond. We went through a few ideas before ultimately settling on a morse code necklace with Caroline's initials, CCB, encoded and the diamond set just below. The necklace now serves as a constant reminder that Caroline is always with her, near and dear to her heart. I was unbelievably honored to make such a special keepsake. I'd be lying if I said I didn't shed a few tears during the process and even now as I'm typing this story, I can't help but hold back tears reminiscing on all the fun times that I was fortunate enough to share with Caroline just a few years ago. Thank you for this honor and this gift, Lucia and Anna Frances.
