Custom Story: 50 diamonds for a 50th birthday

We met C at a pop-up in Columbus, Georgia, where he stopped by to pick out something special for his wife (after a pretty obvious hint hint!). Since then, C has come back to us time and again, each time with a new meaningful idea to celebrate the people he cares most about.

One of our favorite projects? A custom piece for his big sister, created in honor of her 50th birthday. A milestone moment, and one we were so honored to help commemorate.

When we started brainstorming with C, it quickly became clear just how much his sister means to him. We loved hearing about her—the ways she’s loved and raised her kids, how she’s evolved from her tomboy days but still clings to her love of the outdoors, her classic style. 

He wanted this piece to reflect all of that. Her strength, her warmth, her story.

What felt like a tall order at first came together beautifully and naturally—a thick birch bangle, cast in solid 14k yellow gold (a first for us in this style!), with fifty tiny white diamonds discreetly sparkling along the edge. On the inside, we tucked away three black diamonds to represent her children, along with a hand-engraved personal birthday message from C.

"It turned out to be a stunning piece—thoughtful, luxurious, and celebratory. She absolutely loved it! Thank you so very much …. For everything !  She was blown away - her eyes watered up (but true to form she maintained composure).   She told me afterwards how much it meant to her and how sweet it was.  Thank you guys for (once again) helping make a magical moment for another one of the most important women in my life.  

Now, just need to come up with something for my mother and you’ll have a hat trick! Thank you both!
