Because many of our pieces are made-to-order or produced in small batches, slight variations may occur and are part of the handmade nature of the work.

3) Custom Work & Made-to-Order Items

Custom projects and made-to-order items are created specifically for each client. For this reason:

Production timelines may vary based on complexity, materials, and studio schedule
Custom and made-to-order work may not be canceled once production has begun
Minor variations in finish, texture, and detail are normal and expected in handcrafted work

If you are working with us on a custom project, the details of your timeline, scope, and deliverables will be confirmed during your process.

4) Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.

For custom work, invoices and payment schedules will be outlined during the custom process. Work will not begin until any required deposits and approvals have been received.

5) Shipping & Delivery

We ship fully insured. Delivery timeframes vary depending on whether your order is ready-to-ship, made-to-order, or custom.

6) Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

Because many of our pieces are custom, personalized, made-to-order, or produced in limited batches, returns and exchanges may not be accepted.

7) Product Care

Fine jewelry requires care and maintenance. We recommend:

removing jewelry before heavy activity, swimming, or cleaning
storing pieces safely when not in use
avoiding contact with harsh chemicals, lotions, and perfumes
