Sales Tax
Mary Frances Maker charges sales tax for any orders shipped to an address in Georgia. Orders shipped within Georgia will be charged the city’s sales tax rate, which varies between 4–9%.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. Your payment method will be charged at the time you place your order, regardless of production timeline.

Shipping
All website purchases ship via UPS Ground (unless otherwise requested) and are fully insured, with tracking provided.

Free UPS Ground Shipping is automatically applied to orders over $500. If you’d prefer a faster shipping method, you may select an expedited option at checkout.

All orders ship directly from our Atlanta, GA studio.

Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays once a package is in the carrier’s possession.

Production Timelines
Because our work is handmade, production timelines depend on what you purchase:

Ready to Ship
Ready-to-ship pieces are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Made to Order (Modern Heirlooms / Evergreen Collections)
Made-to-order pieces require additional production time. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks before shipping.

Custom Fine Jewelry
Most custom projects are completed in 6-8 weeks, depending on design complexity, materials, and studio scheduling. Your timeline will be confirmed during your custom process.

Returns & Exchanges

Sterling Silver Pieces 
Sterling silver made-to-order pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, including return shipping. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Email studio@maryfrancesmaker.com before shipping anything back.

Gold Pieces 
Gold made-to-order pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Email studio@maryfrancesmaker.com before shipping anything back.

Final Sale The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Collaboration pieces
• One of a kind pieces
• Modern Heirlooms (rattles)
• Any piece involving customization — stones, engraving, or design modifications
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code

Return Restrictions 
Mary Frances Maker reserves the right to deny a return if items do not meet the conditions above. Items that are not accepted will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

Adjustments & Resizing 
Ring resizing and chain length adjustments may be subject to an additional fee. First resize on One of a Kind rings is complimentary. If you're unsure about sizing, email us before ordering — we're happy to help.
