Article: Southeastern Showhouse 2025

Southeastern Showhouse 2025
I spent over 2 hours exploring this year's Showhouse by Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles, oo-ing and ah-ing over brass centerpieces, pattern on pattern, featured friends of the brand, and everything else in between. We're still drooling over the genius curved banquette designed into (truly INTO) the kitchen island and the giant brass snail surrounded by moss on the dining room table. SO. MUCH. TALENT!
This centerpiece is fabulous. This ancient roman feeling painted wall is fabulous. The art photography selected for the room is fabulous. There are curves so cleverly incorporated throughout - curved walls, a curved rug to follow the wall, a domed ceiling, little eyes peeping throughout the room (sounds weird but it's COOL, I promise), not to mention the curved back of a snail shell.
The kitchen's details were unmatched - YES this is the banquette we're obsessed with. Bonus points for this delicious marble selection and gorgeous place settings. The details were a chef's kiss (ha!)
Okay these details had to be mentioned.
1. This paper lined antique piece. I'm going through a marbled paper phase (potentially with most of you??) so this couldn't be missed. And the way shells are displayed throughout the room!
2. Can't get enough of how well this downstairs bedroom played with both modern and antique art. Collages of playful color and shape next to a traditional tapestry of one of the classics. Couldn't be a happier match!
3. Soooo, should we make brass lighting now?!
This soap dispenser was the showhouse's party trick. Instead of a boring ol' pumper, you simply tilt the soft, velvety soap into your hand. It'll make your target brand soap feel like it's Le Labo! (not pictured, a hidden cabinet behind the piece of art) And here's the coolest mirror that recedes into that lush mocha mousse wall - best bathroom ever!
All of these other bathroom details needed to be mentioned. Hello?! A double shower in the middle of the primary bathroom? DREAMY.
More details for some MFM inspiration. Anyone else dreaming of more direct cast shells? You can wear something as cool as this from our studio here!
Last but definitely not least, each of these three rooms have been designed by friends of MFM and even incorporate pieces by our friends as well!
- Couldn't love this bedroom by Ellie Christopher any more!! Plus, it features pieces by our friends at Varnish Collection & rugs by English Village Lane.
- Michael Habachy is the genius behind this landing. That corner forever floral arrangement is the perfectly wonky work of our new friend & studio mate Fiore Vigilante. She's on the rise, so make sure to book a consult with her asap!
- My dear friend Jordan works for Kit Castaldo. They're the dream team, taking on the entire downstairs suite and making it feel like an oasis. In a house full of maximalism, this room was like walking into a spa retreat.
