Salt and Pepper Diamond Ring
I recently found an incredible diamond source that specializes in beautiful and unique diamonds of all shapes, sizes, and color. I’ve been dreaming of designing a one-of-a-kind engagement-style ring for our website, and the moment I laid eyes on this 1.01 ct round brilliant salt and pepper diamond, I knew it was time.
If you're unfamiliar with salt and pepper diamonds—you're not alone! I’ve had so many fun conversations about them recently. These stones are natural diamonds, just like classic white ones, but they feature beautiful white and dark grey inclusions. These inclusions create a speckled, galaxy-like effect that makes each stone truly one of a kind. This particular diamond leans more “icy white,” with delicate inclusions that offer just a whisper of contrast—subtle, elegant, and unlike anything else.
To showcase this stunning stone, I hand-carved a classic bezel setting in a solitaire style. The result is timeless and quietly bold—a perfect mix of traditional and modern.
